Going that extra mile to make sure you come back for more

We pride ourselves on our high levels of client retention and unlike many other companies in this industry; we invest more in our current clients than in pitching for prospective clients. This is not only reflected in the service we provide but in a number of added value services, some of which are listed below.

Activity status

Allows clients to see all the work we currently have in progress or in the pipeline, in addition to an archive of the past years work.

Digital asset management

Digital assets are the logos, trademarks and certification icons used by a company to reflect their identity and achievements. Quiet Storm's web based software enables clients to have a single source for all current marques together with the appropriate guidelines for their use.

On-line photo library

Quiet Storm's web based software enables the management of photographic images used on clients' accounts. It provides a means whereby clients are able to view all images we have access to, helping to avoid old or incorrect images being used. It also enables clients to catalogue and manage their imagery.

Digital photography

This service is exclusive to clients; we do not promote photography as an independent service. We have found that our knowledge of our clients' needs, flexibility of timescales and ability to adapt the design or photograph on the fly produces the best photographic images, whilst keeping costs down.

Promotional items

Short run promotional items are often either costly and/or poor quality. We have invested in a system that can produce one-off T-shirts, mugs, umbrellas, plaques, etc. Once again, this service is not available in isolation unless requested by an existing client.
