Our key strengths, without a doubt, are the people who make up Quiet Storm

Experience and expertise blend with energy and exuberance - providing the skills, abilities and team spirit needed to ensure the company retains its unique character and continues to build on its growing reputation.

Encouraging individual ability & creativity

The low turnover of staff experienced by us can be attributed to the flexibility and opportunity to learn within the working environment. With such a wide range of services, the diversity of individuals is our key to success.

Investor in people

We achieved the 'Investors in People' marque in January 2005. Much of the criteria set out by the scheme was already standard practice within the company.

Shared profits

A percentage of the net profits are distributed between the employees who have been with the company 12 months or more. The profits are published monthly via our intranet so that all employees can monitor the success of the company.
