We adopt a proven, structured yet flexible approach to all projects

Our rigorous five-phase approach starts with a comprehensive audit of any new company we are appointed by, including exploring and understanding sales channels, competitors, current marketing material and techniques.

Step 1 - the audit

This involves taking the time to genuinely understand all the issues, not just those that appear on the surface. We then apply innovative thinking and solid business principles to create ideas or concepts for the project.

Step 2 - the ideas

Through understanding the issues and environment you operate, we develop initial ideas, improve them and carefully refine them into exceptional, workable solutions. We test, evaluate, modify, improve and re-test until the project meets expectations.

Step 3 - the design

Only when the planning is complete do we engage the designers to produce the visual impact, which ensures that the marketing tool in question has the desired effect on your target audience.

Step 4 - on time and on budget

The in-house facilities Quiet Storm has at its disposal ensures that most marketing tools are produced in our production hub, however, specialist items and large volume print is outsourced. No matter where the production takes place, the quality of execution is never compromised.

Step 5 - delivery & execution

Lastly, we manage. This critical phase is all about delivery and support of the project during its most important phase - the execution. This may simply be a short handover meeting or may involve training and support. We will want to have feedback on how the marketing tool was received, your success rates and ensure you are using it to maximum effect, to this end we provide advice on measuring your return on investment.
