Oliver Taylor, Managing Director of independent stockist and converter of adhesive tapes SureTECH, had decided to embark on a marketing campaign when he contacted Quiet Storm Solutions

"I had an idea of the image I intended to create and had already decided to exhibit our products/services at two trade shows," he says. "Although we knew we had something to shout about I felt our message wasn't clear."

The first thing Quiet Storm Solutions did was to sit down with Oliver and discuss the options he might consider using. "I found the two or three brainstorming sessions we had very useful," Oliver says.

"Quiet Storm came up with the idea of a newsletter and helped us design our exhibition stand. More importantly they helped me to focus on our "message" and once it was established most things fell into place."

SureTECH used Quiet Storms designers, creative writers, print and exhibition stand production facilities, both their staff and clients are impressed with the results.

"The literature Quiet Storm has organised has been excellent. Our sales team can now react to new leads with a very professional and informative document which they can send out as soon as an enquiry comes in.

"Our clients loved the newsletter and new prospects have felt comfortable to talk to us because they can immediately see what kind of company we are," Oliver concluded.
