Targeted newsletter helps MiTech reach new and existing customers

Released: Wednesday, 7th July 2004

"I was looking for a way of getting information to existing and new customers and Quiet Storm was happy to help me sort out a newsletter," Irene said.

An initial meeting was organised at which the project was discussed and Irene says lots of ideas were presented to her that she would never have thought of herself. "They broadened the approach very well," she says.

MiTech, a leading information management company providing document solutions to clients, also found the Quiet Storm approach helpful when it came to printing the newsletter.

"Initially I didn't want a very large number and so Quiet Storm printed them using their in-house digital technology. This meant that I could have a relatively small number at a very competitive price," Irene explained.

When the newsletter proved a great success and Northamptonshire-based MiTech needed more, it was very easy for Quiet Storm to run off the quantity needed, again very cost-effectively.

Including a competition in the newsletter helped MiTech prove that people were reading it. "Lots of people entered the competition so we know that it attracted attention and tempted people to open it," Irene said

"Quiet Storm helped with everything from the design, through the copy writing to the printing. We are very pleased with the newsletter and certainly plan to produce more issues," Irene concluded.
