This event enables everyone who works for the firm to get together and provides a forum for the dissemination of important information about key business issues and the factors driving decision making. It is also a vital mechanism to gain direct feedback from employees.

Recording the entire event on video and producing a 45 minute summary DVD has enabled Flint Bishop & Barnett to ensure anyone not at the conference has access to the same information and maintains consistency of message.
