Adhoc support agreement
If your website is less likely to require constant development or high levels of support then we will recommend you take up the Quiet Storm 'Adhoc' support agreement option. This provides you with the resource to develop or change your website on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
The ‘Adhoc’ support agreement provides:
Eight-hour (1 working day) response to your request
Our aim is to respond to your request within four working hours, wherever possible. If the request is for a substantial amount of work then it may require several hours to review the request and put forward the best option. If this is the case then you will be notified within the eight-hour period and be given a time when you can expect the response.
The response will include:
1) Confirmation of the changes required
2) The time we anticipate it will take us to make the changes
3) A schedule for implementing the specified changes upon receipt of your purchase order and/or any additional material that may be required.
4) A fixed price for the itemised work and a job reference number.
Purchase orders required
Any work you require to be carried out within ‘Adhoc’ support can only be scheduled upon receipt of your purchase order detailing the changes to be carried out.
If your company does not operate a purchase order system then we will accept a letter on company headed stationery stating this is your company policy and that email confirmation detailing what work is required will suffice.
Upon receipt of your purchase order or confirmation, we will:
5) Carry out the work specified within the timescale set and publish the changes to a secure private area on our server.
6) Publish or ‘go live’ with the changes upon email or faxed written approval.
Request/response procedures
To provide an efficient service the ‘Adhoc’ support procedures for carrying out any change to your website are fairly rigid. The procedure for actioning ‘Adhoc’ support are set out in points 1 - 6 on this page. This enables us to guarantee a set standard of service to all our clients and avoid confusion or misunderstandings.
Requests are dealt with immediately
The ‘Adhoc’ support guarantees that your requests will be dealt with within eight working hours but we can only schedule the work upon the receipt of your purchase order or email confirmation.
Rates
‘Adhoc’ support units are billed in one-hour blocks at £90.00 per unit.
Website development
‘Adhoc’ support includes an annual consultancy meeting to review your website,
which includes:
- A report outlining your web traffic during the past 12 months
- A resume of the work from the previous year
- Suggestions on possible areas of development to create a web roadmap for the next 12 months
