Enquiry form

The enquiry form should be quick and easy for the user to complete while at the same time capturing information which enables you to reply with information relevant to their enquiry.

The three standard packages allow for a single form to be created and this is not editable by the webmaster. The single form included comprises of up to x20 response fields and any of these may be mandatory or optional, multiple choice or free text fields. If you do have a requirement to be able to add and edit forms we do have a form creator module.
