Photo library
The image library is a resource which can be used to catalogue your photographic resources and provide access and the ability to download high quality photographs.
It can store the following information about the image which may be used as search criteria or for your image management.
- Image reference code
- Image and file size
- Colour mode
- Topic
- Date taken
- Who took the image
- Who holds the copyright
- Description of image
- Collections (images can be assigned to multiple collections)
The user can browse the full range of images available, take a look at your image collections, or alternatively enter a keyword into your quick search.
When an image is found by the user, they add it to their lightbox, which stores their selected photographs until they are ready to download them. In order to download images users may have to register to become an image library member which can be automated or a manual procedure can be put in place.
