Content audit trail & back up log

There is a clear audit trail available to the webmaster through a management log of what has been changed, by whom and at what time.

For all pages published, an email log can be sent and/or stored on the server, containing the details of all changes made for as long as the �web editor� chooses (as a default all changes made older than 14 days are removed to save space). The log stores all page contents prior to any change, contents resulting from the change, the author�s details, the �approvers� list and responses (if the moderation option has been purchased), and any relevant dates. Using the log, the webmaster can rectify any �web editor� errors quickly and efficiently in addition to providing accountability.
